His IT career has spanned over 20 years. Initially being exposed to windows 3.1 in high school his love for computers carried over to after high school with his family purchasing their first computer - a mac performa in 1993. He recalls wanting to run a program to make music and the 4MB of RAM was not enough. He called a local IT shop and paid over $400 to have the system RAM updated to 8MB. After seeing the tech install the additional RAM sparked his interest in repairing and updating computers, but he did not know how to enter the field. It wasn’t until 1999 after enrolling in a Southern Methodist University 1-year course to get his Microsoft certified systems engineer and A+ certification along with an internship with the county courts that his career was born and he has been in the IT field ever since. What He enjoys most about the job is building a rapport with his clients to help them find solutions to their IT challenges. On his spare time he enjoys spending time with his 16-year-old son, working out in the gym, playing basketball, and riding his bicycle in the Texas heat.

From there I continued to work in the IT field, providing excellent customer-centric support to both businesses and outreach programs. Today I continue to strive to make technology as frictionless as possible and am very active in virtual reality, and PC gaming.

I've had an interest in technology for as long as I can remember. I was fortunate in the fact that my dad started teaching me how to troubleshoot computers from a very young age. I graduated from ITT Technical Institute and have acquired my CompTIA A+ and Mikrotik MTCNA Certifications. I am currently studying to become Comptia Network+ Certified. I've worked in the IT field for close to 10 years, coming from an Industrial Automation background and transferring to the Commercial side 2 years ago. I'm always up for a challenge and ICS has given me plenty of opportunity to expand my skills. I've enjoyed my time at ICS so far and am excited to see what the future holds for me here. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife, playing guitar, video games and traveling.
